Normally I give 5/5 to any Tim. But at that time and there is never anything in the evening and it is always long to be served. There is no plug to plug his computer (it is in front of a CEGEP and more). Their cappuccio machine is broken and the cappuccino is still liquid and the other day I went there and the 2 employees were screaming and telling each other their story from one end of the restaurant to the other. I had my headphones and I heard them. A student had to ask them to lower the sound 2 times and he left.

Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons, see the worst. The service is super slow, it lacks regularly donuts and other products and the customer service side is mediocre. An example of this is when I ordered a large iced cappuccino and I received a two-thirds iced cappuccino filled as if it had been escaping or drinking. In short if you can go to another Tim made it.

Waiting for 15 MINUTES online for auto service and INEXACTE control. It was necessary to go to parker and to enter the service then returned in my self YET UNEXPECTED. Never two without three would say.By cons girls are smiling and very nice I think there is a communication problem (that's what I was told by one of the employees)At the Drive, 15 minutes waiting is not normal.

The donuts and sandwich are excellent I have nothing to say the top .. but the little veiled cashier is not able to understand the donuts I want I have to point him at least 4 times worse it's just for 4 donuts ! I went to have a coffee and donut on a Friday evening. There were 2 staff and one was in training. My friend ordered a sandwich and it took 15 minutes to make her sandwich because the trainee was not allowed in the kitchen and the other staff prioritized the drive thru. They were both very stressed. It was not their fault that management understaffed.

Worst Tim Hortons in town. Didn't get the order right, food was cold and the drive thru girl was rude. After spending $40 you'd think they could have put in a little more effort. Never again! Poor service!
